Soluble or Insoluble?

This week we have been looking at dissolving and we have learnt the terms soluble and insoluble. After discussing what we we thought soluble and insoluble meant in our kagan groups, we investigated whether a range of materials were soluble or insoluble. After making our predictions, we observed what happened and noted down our findings. We looked at sugar, salt, flour, sand, chalk, coffee, tea and gravel. The flour table was by far the messiest!
