Anglo-Saxon Day (Trip to Tatton Park)

Thank you to all the parents/carers that were able to get costumes for the children that dressed up as Anglo-Saxons. The children looked fantastic and they had a brilliant day.

The children were met by a real Anglo-Saxon that allowed us to enter their village. We spent the day enjoying a range of immersive activities such as bread making, shelter building and using weaponry. We learnt lots and had a very enjoyable day together.
