Continents and Oceans

This week the children will be learning the names of the 7 continents and 5 oceans and then will be trying to find them on a World map.
They made a fantastic start today and can already name most of the continents ... WOW!
The children took part in a range of geographical activities and worked well together, well done Year 1/2.
I have attached a blank world map so why not see if your child can remember the names!
Tomorrow we will be researching using books and websites to find out which continents dinosaurs lived on. Below are some interesting dinosaur websites if your child would like to do some research at home!
